These terms govern access to RankinSoft Tracer websites, applications, and related services. By using the platform you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing or using RankinSoft Tracer constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts & credentials
You must keep login credentials confidential. After three failed login attempts, access may be locked for 24 hours. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Role-based access
Supplier, factory, brand, buyer, and admin workspaces expose different capabilities. Attempting to access another role panel is prohibited and may be redirected or blocked.
4. Customer content
You retain rights to materials, documents, and commercial data you upload. You grant RankinSoft Tracer a limited license to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
5. Accuracy of declarations
Traceability records, feedstock declarations, and certificates must be truthful. Misrepresentation may result in suspension and may create legal exposure for your organization.
6. Public DPP & twin pages
Some records are intentionally public (DPP, digital twin, Crypto TC). Do not publish confidential commercial terms on those surfaces.
7. Acceptable use
No scraping that degrades service, no credential stuffing, no uploading malware, and no use of the platform to facilitate illegal trade or forced-labor concealment.
8. Intellectual property
RankinSoft Tracer™ marks, software, and documentation remain property of RankinSoft Tracer or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer except where law allows.
9. Service changes
Features evolve. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankinSoft Tracer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the prior three months (if any).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless a written enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
