Account identifiers (name, email, role), company profile fields, production facilities, certifications, order and invoice records, uploaded documents, and technical logs (IP, device, login attempts).
3. Why we process it
To operate traceability workflows, authenticate users, prevent abuse (including 24-hour lockouts after repeated failed logins), provide support, and meet legal or audit obligations.

Contract performance for customers, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, and consent where required for optional communications.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors (hosting, email) under agreements, and with your trading partners when you intentionally publish or send records inside the platform.
